BSI EHS Services and Solutions expands leadership team,
lays groundwork for
growth
SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA, USA – Recent additions to the business leadership team at BSI EHS Services and Solutions (formerly EORM) will support ongoing growth and expansion plans for the Silicon Valley-based environmental, health and safety consulting arm of the global business standards company, BSI. Acquired by the UK-headquartered BSI in 2015 to provide a platform for broadening its professional consulting services, EORM was renamed BSI EHS Services and Solutions in March of 2016.
Over the past five years the company has seen year-over-year, double digit revenue growth as it has expanded its geographic reach with new offices and acquisitions from the Pacific Northwest region to Texas, and built strong practice areas in technology, healthcare, energy, construction, and global supply chain EHS. In the coming years additional growth and expansion of BSI’s EHS Services and Solutions business is planned in the US and abroad, leveraging BSI’s global service reach.
Gary Robinson, VP, BSI EHS Solutions
Gary Robinson, most recently Commercial Director, BSI Canada, has been appointed VP, BSI EHS Solutions, responsible for driving value-added EHS software and technology solutions to enhance existing EHS consulting services. Gary co-founded the EHS technology company Entropy International, which he worked with for 10 years before selling it to BSI in 2006. He subsequently held multiple BSI leadership positions in North America and Europe.
With strategic, commercial, technical and operational responsibilities, Gary will be instrumental in securing for the division a share of the burgeoning EHS information management and software market, which Verdantix forecasts will grow from $475 million in 2015 to $817 million in 2020.
"I'm looking forward to leveraging my EHS roots and workng on projects where people, process and technology come together," says Robinson. "With the pace of technical change, there are so many opportunities to be realized and it is exciting to be a part of that shift and help our clients embed habits of excellence through improved EHS solutions."
"We are extremely fortunate to have Gary join our team to provide leadership and direction for our emerging EHS technology solutions business," states BSI EHS CEO Glenn Fishler. "He brings a rare combination of deep industry experience, technical knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit that will fuel the growth of the Enhanced Consulting business within BSI EHS Services and Solutions."

A member of EORM's Board of Advisors for the past three years where she helped guide the company's strategy and growth, Sandy Skees has joined BSI as Northern California Regional Director and will lead the growth and delivery of the full range of EHS consulting services. Previously the West Coast Director for Fenton Communications, Sandy brings over 25 years' experience in leading professional service firms, corporate and communications strategy.
"I believe in the power of business to change the world for the better," Skees states, "and I'm thrilled to be joining the high caliber team at BSI, partnering with clients in achieving their environmental, health, safety, and sustainability short-term needs and long-term goals."

In her new role Christy will be responsible for strategic sales and marketing plan development and execution; creating a sales force structure positioned for global expansion; as well as implementing systems to support the sales function success.
"I believe a strong sales culture is core to being a world-class consulting organization," says Foster. "I'm looking forward to helping the company increase efficiency in the sales and marketing process and develop sales talent that will enhance our ability to deliver maximum value to our customers."

"We have been successfully implementing our growth strategy over the past five years with amazing results," explains BSI EHS COO Danielle Reilly, "through a combination of expansion in service areas, clients and the industries we serve; the hard work and dedication of our people; and, the resources, reach and synergy gained through becoming a part of BSI."
